The confirmation of the order by the Customer represents the acceptance of these general conditions.
All items on the site are generally available while stocks last.
Unavailable products are not normally charged, however it may happen that on some rare occasions (simultaneity of the order) unavailable products are charged. In this case, Logistica Food srl undertakes to promptly inform the customer by email or telephone and undertakes to reimburse the customer within 5 working days.
General product disclaimer
Logistica Food srl is active daily in keeping the nutritional information, ingredients, images and warnings of every single product on its site up to date. Nevertheless errors or omissions could occur due to changes not yet registered on products already packaged and shipped which do not allow immediate modification of these data.
We therefore invite customers who purchase the products on the site to carefully read the indications, ingredients and allergens on the labels of the products purchased before consuming them. The products on sale are described and presented with the greatest possible precision.
We advise the customer to check the expiry date before opening a product package; if it does not have a "usable" deadline, please notify us promptly: we will immediately replace it.
Price of products
The prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT (for Italy).
LOGISTICA FOOD SRL reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the products will be invoiced at the price relating to the order confirmation.
Shelf-life products
In order to guarantee a conscious and safe shopping experience LOGISTICA FOOD SRL has inserted the shelf-life / expiry date of the product in relation to its production date in the form of each product (format and taste) which generally does not exceed 30 days than the date of shipment of the same.
Order procedure
The confirmation of the order by the Customer represents the acceptance of these general conditions.
Treatment of undelivered packages: packages not delivered to the address indicated in the order confirmation could be sent back to our warehouses.
Following the receipt and control of the packages by our logistics, LOGISTICA FOOD SRL will contact the customer to check whether he is still interested in the product or if not, if LOGISTICA FOOD SRL can proceed with the refund, based on the customer's choice.
LOGISTICA FOOD SRL reserves the right to proceed with the refund instead of re-sending the order if more consignments sent back to the sender with unknown recipient are detected.
In the event that the customer indicates as the reason for returning the package: "REFUSED" means that the customer has refused the package. Following the receipt and control of the packages by our logistics, LOGISTICA FOOD SRL will refund the amount paid by the Customer within 5 working days except for any taxes or duties necessary to unlock the products related to orders shipped outside the EU.
In cases where the causes of the return of the products are "UNKNOWN RECIPIENT", "NOT CLAIMED", or "REFUSED", the Customer will be charged for the transportation costs incurred by LOGISTICA FOOD SRL; consequently any refund, in cases of advance payment, will be reduced by the transport costs incurred by LOGISTICA FOOD SRL for the return of the goods.
Before signing, we recommend checking that your package is perfectly intact and undamaged; in this case, please mark the "damaged package" on the delivery receipt. If in this case the goods inside the package were also damaged, please inform us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the package, and we will replace the damaged products.
We remind you that we can NOT accept any complaint if the word "damaged" or "withdrawal with reserve" does not appear on the courier's note.
Responsibility
On all phases of access to the site, i.e. consultation, filling in the forms, order execution, delivery of the items or on any other service, LOGISTICA FOOD SRL has an intermediary obligation only.
Consequently LOGISTICA FOOD SRL declines all responsibility for any problems or damages deriving from the use of the Internet and totally unrelated to the obligations and precautions adopted by LOGISTICA FOOD SRL.
In particular, all the incidents connected with the execution of the service, such as external intrusions or the presence of computer viruses, cannot be attributed to LOGISTICA FOOD SRL. Similarly, everything that is due due to force majeure pursuant to the provisions of the Court of Cassation totally exempts LOGISTICA FOOD SRL from any liability. Remember that all customers enjoy the guarantees provided by the brands on the site.
warranty
All products marketed by LOGISTICA FOOD SRL are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. This guarantee must be enforced by the consumer.

Returns
The indication of the order processing time is absolutely indicative for LOGISTICA FOOD SRL.
Furthermore, due to technical unforeseen circumstances, delays in the fulfillment and delivery of orders may occur. Please note that, if the payment system by credit card is selected, the sending of the goods is subject to the approval of the international payment systems and this operation could generate operational delays.
